Winery Tour

On the 8th May 2010 we had our latest event - a winery trip to Stanthorpe. It was a fun filled day with beautiful weather, scenery, and some great company. We left Toowoomba at 7am in time for some morning tea at Stanthorpe around 8.30am. At 9am we began the tour.There was a large variety of wineries that ranged from the new, modern, extravagant ones to the traditional, more subtle, family business. However, each one of these wineries offered something different that truly made them unique in their own right. The cool inland breeze brushed us ever so gently as we enjoyed our lunch sipping a glass of red Cabernet Sauvignon overlooking a beautiful vineyard.

After such an eventful day we were happy to arrive back in the comfort of Toowoomba. It was a wonderful experience which we will have to revisit in the near future.
